I build web applications, front end and back. I took on freelance work as MattDoes for a while, mostly for clients referred by friends and family, and stopped looking for new projects once my day job filled up.
This domain has been mine for many years. It began as a blog, which is no longer online, and now serves primarily as a family email domain.
A tournament manager for games played by two-person teams — bags, KanJam, pickleball doubles. I built it to run the brackets at our own tournaments. It handles single- and double-elimination, on-site sign-up by QR code, and a kiosk mode that displays the live bracket on a television.
A MattDoes client project — a marketing site for a Chicago firm that acquires and operates established local businesses, typically from owners planning to retire.
